Fully Motorized Insulated Window System – Smithtown, New York

A recently completed project in Smithtown, New York, transforming an outdoor structure into a fully functional, year-round family gathering space. This custom installation features fully motorized, wide-opening window systems designed to seamlessly connect indoor comfort with the outdoors.

Engineered with high-performance insulated materials and thermally efficient framing, the system delivers exceptional energy efficiency while maintaining a sleek, modern architectural appearance. The motorized windows open effortlessly to create a wide panoramic opening, allowing abundant natural ventilation and natural light to flow into the space.This transformation turns a traditional outdoor area into a versatile, insulated living environment, ideal for family gatherings, entertaining guests, or relaxing in comfort throughout all four seasons.In addition to the motorized window system, this project also includes our custom-designed motorized retractable pergola system with integrated ambient lighting. This feature enhances the outdoor experience by providing flexible shade control during the day and a warm, elegant lighting atmosphere at night, extending usability and comfort well into the evening hours.
