Return Policy

This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for product returns and cancellations at Vision Art Aluminium LLC (“Vision Art Aluminium,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By purchasing our products, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.
1) Custom-Made Products
All Vision Art Aluminium products — including aluminum doors, windows, sliding systems, façades, pergolas, and sunroom structures — are custom manufactured to order according to the customer’s exact specifications.
Because each order is unique, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once the order has been confirmed and paid for.
2) Non-Refundable Orders
- All sales are final. Once an order is placed and payment is received, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or modified.
- Production begins immediately after payment is confirmed, therefore refunds are not possible even if the production or delivery timeline changes.
- No refund or credit will be issued for customer errors in measurements, finish selections, or installation by third parties.
3) Defective or Damaged Items
Although refunds are not available, we take quality and service seriously. In the rare case of manufacturing defects or damage during transport, we will assist in replacing defective components under our warranty policy.
- If products arrive visibly damaged, you must notify the delivery driver immediately and contact Vision Art Aluminium the same day.
- All damages or missing components must be reported in writing within 7 days of delivery. Reports received after this period will not qualify for replacement under warranty.
- Replacement parts for approved warranty claims will be provided free of charge, but labor, reinstallation, and transportation costs remain the customer’s responsibility.
4) Warranty Claims
All products are covered by our official warranty terms:
- Aluminum Frame Warranty: 10 years for aluminum profiles, framing components, and manufacturer defects.
- Motorized System Warranty: 5 years for approved motorized pergola and sliding systems.
Warranty claims require proof of purchase, delivery documentation, and supporting photos of the defect. Vision Art Aluminium reserves the right to inspect or request additional information before approving any warranty replacement.
5) No Exchanges or Modifications
Because our products are fabricated specifically for each project, we do not offer exchanges, trade-ins, or replacements for items that were ordered in the wrong size, color, or model.
Customers are responsible for confirming all measurements, finishes, and options before approving an order.
6) Delivery Inspection Responsibility
Customers must inspect all products upon delivery. If defects or damages are discovered, they must be documented immediately with photos and reported to Vision Art Aluminium within the specified 7-day period.
Failure to do so will result in the product being deemed accepted as-is.
7) Exceptions
There are no exceptions to this Return Policy. All Vision Art Aluminium products are custom-built, and therefore not eligible for return, cancellation, or refund under any circumstances, except when explicitly required by law.
