VISION ART ALUMINIUM – TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all product sales between Vision Art Aluminium LLC (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “Vision Art Aluminium”)
and the customer (“Customer”). By placing an order, the Customer agrees to these Terms in full.

1. General

1.1 These Terms apply to all sales of aluminum windows, doors, sliding systems, façade products, pergolas, sunroom components, and all other manufactured products supplied by Vision Art Aluminium.

1.2 No verbal statement or communication changes these Terms unless confirmed in writing by Vision Art Aluminium.

1.3 Any images, drawings, colors, or samples shown are for general representation. Final colors and finishes may vary due to material production and lighting conditions.

1.4 Vision Art Aluminium may update or revise these Terms at any time.

2. Ownership & Risk

2.1 All risk in the products passes to the Customer upon delivery to the address provided on the order.

2.2 Ownership of all products remains with Vision Art Aluminium until payment is received in full.

3. Pricing

3.1 Prices shown on official quotations or invoices are exclusive of taxes unless otherwise stated.

3.2 Any price quotes are valid for the period specified on the quotation. If no period is specified, quotes are valid for 7 days.

3.3 Vision Art Aluminium reserves the right to correct pricing errors before accepting an order.

4. Payment

4.1 Products must be paid in full at the time of ordering. No payment schedule or partial payment options are available.

4.2 Orders are processed only after full payment is received and cleared.

4.3 If payment is not completed, production and delivery may not begin.

5. Delivery

5.1 All deliveries are performed by Vision Art Aluminium or an authorized carrier.

5.2 The Customer must provide an accessible delivery location. Delivery does not include rooftop placement or installation.

5.3 Delays caused by weather, transportation, supplier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances do not make Vision Art Aluminium liable for losses or compensation.

5.4 The Customer must check the delivered products within 7 days and report any damage or missing components.

6. Non-Refundable Policy

6.1 All products sold by Vision Art Aluminium are custom-made and therefore strictly non-refundable.

6.2 Once an order is placed and paid, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or returned, regardless of manufacturing or delivery timeline.

6.3 Custom fabrication begins immediately after payment; therefore, no exceptions can be made.

7. Warranty

7.1 Aluminum Warranty – 10 Years

Covers: Aluminum profiles, structural framing components, manufacturer defects.

Does not cover: Damage caused by improper installation, natural wear, scratches, surface marks, environmental damage (saltwater corrosion, chemicals, storms), or glass (separate manufacturer warranty may apply).

7.2 Motor Warranty – 5 Years

Covers: Motorized sliding systems and motorized pergola systems.

Does not cover: Incorrect wiring, overloading or misuse, water infiltration caused by improper site conditions, damage from non-authorized installers.

7.3 Warranty Conditions

Warranty is valid for the original purchaser only.
Warranty begins on the date of delivery.
Customer is responsible for labor costs, replacement installation, or service visits.
Warranty claims must include proof of purchase and photos.

8. Limitation of Liability

Vision Art Aluminium is not responsible for:

Indirect or consequential losses.
Labor, installation, or service charges.
Delays or delivery disruptions.
Damage caused by improper installation.
Customer measurement errors.

Our liability is limited strictly to product replacement for approved warranty defects.

9. Permits & Regulations

Vision Art Aluminium is not responsible for building permits, architectural approvals, or HOA/city requirements.
The Customer must confirm compliance before ordering.

10. Third-Party Installation

10.1 If the Customer hires their own installer, Vision Art Aluminium is not responsible for any damages, incorrect installation, delays, or additional costs.

10.2 The Customer must inspect all products before their installer begins work.

11. Transport Damage

11.1 If products arrive with visible transport damage, the Customer must notify the delivery driver immediately and contact Vision Art Aluminium the same day.

11.2 Failure to report damage within 7 days removes transport-related warranty coverage.

12. No Exchanges

12.1 Because all products are custom-fabricated, Vision Art Aluminium does not offer exchanges, swaps, or returns for different sizes, colors, or models.

13. Final Provisions

13.1 These Terms represent the complete agreement between Vision Art Aluminium and the Customer.

13.2 If any clause is deemed invalid, the remaining terms remain fully enforceable.

13.3 All legal matters are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, unless otherwise specified.
